Our Fund Managers are supported by a strong team of analysts and all essential business functions, including legal, financial control, marketing, and investor relations. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute investment strategies for real estate investment funds.
- Identify, analyze, and evaluate new investment opportunities.
- Monitor portfolio performance and conduct ongoing asset analysis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors.
- Prepare reporting for the Bank of Lithuania and fund investors.
- Coordinate internal teams and external partners throughout the investment lifecycle.
What We Are Looking For
- Strong understanding of the Lithuanian financial regulatory environment.
- Proven experience in designing and developing fund business models and capital structures.
- Experience in capital planning and efficient capital management.
- Ability to build and manage relationships with investors and key stakeholders.
- Knowledge of regulated financial activities and licensing requirements is considered an advantage.
- A strong professional network within the finance and investment industry.
- CFA designation is considered a plus.

Compensation
EUR 5,785–6,612 gross per month, complemented by an annual performance-based bonus system linked to achieved results.
