Where to start?
What is an Open Fund?
Funds can be of two types - closed and open. In the case of a closed type, the investor invests for a specified period (for example, 5 or 7 years) and does not have the opportunity to recoup the investment ahead of time. How much can you earn by investing?
Investing is always associated with risk, so it is impossible to guarantee earnings. The fund's target 8% long-term annual return is based on the financial model, its forecasts and assumptions. If the real estate market grows faster than the historical average, this increase will increase the return you earn accordingly.

How are my investments secured?
By investing, you acquire units of the Fund, similar to buying on the stock exchange. The units of the Fund give ownership of the assets of the Fund.
Why do we need funds?
Mutual funds are designed for people who want to entrust their capital to professional investment managers and earn passive investment returns without taking any additional action. One of the main advantages of investment funds is that they benefit from corporate tax relief. Investment funds, as entities, do not pay corporate tax, so this increases the return on investment.
How is the Fund's return calculated?
The units of the fund have their own value, which is updated monthly and published within 10 working days from the end of the month. The unit value of the fund changes and this determines the return you earn.
Will the fund pay dividends?
The fund itself will not decide on dividend payments, but units of the Open Fund can be redeemed at any time — so it is up to you. For example, if you have invested EUR 1000 and the value of the Fund unit has increased by 8% per year, you can submit a request to redeem units for EUR 80 and thus “pay dividends”.
How are the purchased Fund units accounted for?
You can pay by bank transfer.
How are investors' funds protected?
The funds are kept by the depository, which checks the purpose and documentation of each operation. The depositary services for our Fund are provided by Swedbank.
Are investments in the Fund covered by the Deposit Guarantee Scheme?
No, the investment in the Fund's units is not insured under the Deposit Guarantee Scheme.
What is the duration of the Fund's activities?
The Open Fund has no limitation on the duration of activity.
What will happen if the Fund ceases to operate?
When the fund ceases or ceases operations, the assets will be sold and the proceeds from the sale will be used to settle creditors and investors.

This procedure ensures that we will redeem the units of the Fund from you at the most accurate possible price.
